Simplicity: You will not need to remember if you gave this month or send in your offering checks when you are out of town.
First Fruits: In Proverbs 3:9 we are taught to honor the Lord with the “First Fruits” of our labor. By setting up a recurring contribution that is scheduled to come out of your account on the day you specify you can ensure that your First Fruits are given back to God.
Security: Online giving is more secure than giving with a check in that an electronic gift can’t be lost or stolen.
No Distractions: Instead of needing to worry about writing you contribution check during the service, you can be fully engaged with the worship service.
Online Giving is safe. Like all online transactions, we encourage you to operate safely. Do not share passwords or devices that can be accessed by others. Your information is private and secured when giving online. It is protected by a secured encrypted payment portal.
If you change your Bank/Card account information, please update using the giving link. Be sure to change Name, Address and Banking information at the same time. If this is not done, your giving will be returned as unable to process. Please be sure to update ahead of giving. If you have a recurring deduction, please update as well.
If you haven’t picked up yours, they are still available at the church office. Please call to confirm best time to pick up. You can continue to use your envelope number when giving online. If you prefer to give using your envelopes, we will accept via the mail or dropping off at the church. As we move into a new system we may be phasing out the envelope system and assign a membership number that can be used at all times, whether online or in-person.
Your gifts will be included in your annual statement. Be sure to update your mailing address with the church. At the end of each year, around January, your statement is mailed to the address on file.
In order to give, we ask for basic information at our Donate Now link. Go to our website:
Be sure to have your card information and if using checking/savings account, your Routing and account numbers.
Online Giving is a direct paperless debit/payment transaction whereby your contribution is debited automatically from your checking, savings, or credit card, and deposited directly to your church.
Giving online is very convenient. It allows you to give when you are away on business or vacation. Additionally, you can decide when you wish to have your offering deducted. It is similar to paying your bills online. Set up a date for recurring payments and you will never miss an opportunity to give. Sometimes while worshipping in person, we may forget to bring our check book. Giving online provides you the opportunity to give using your check information without having your physical check. (just remember your routing and checking acct#).
Once you fill out the account information online, using the donate now link, we will process your contribution by alerting your banking institution or credit card company of our gift. This is done electronically so no one is physically contacting your bank. You tell us when and the name of the bank when you fill out the form online to give. This is then transmitted to your institution for the amount you specified.
Expect your contribution to be deducted within 24 hours. On weekends, it will be the first business day following that day.
It is very similar to what is required if you are giving online. We ask for basic information at our Donate Now link. Go to our website:
